The new vertical slab hammer sanding machine, also known as numerical control sanding machine and vertical slab hammer compound crusher, is a new generation of sand making equipment launched by Henan West mountain Snow. Its major feature is that it can achieve the level of discharge particle size desired by the user through frequency control. The advanced slab hammer is adopted, with good sand making effect, less vulnerable parts and less hammer wear. The equipment has no screen bar, no blocking material, random adjustment of coarse, medium and fine sand, and excellent sand making effect, especially suitable for sand making in mixing plant.

Application scope
It can be widely used for crushing granite, basalt, limestone, pebble, cement clinker, quartzite, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, scorched gemstone, lead-zinc mine, serpentine, blast furnace slag, coal gangue, phosphate rock and other materials. It is especially suitable for sand production of hard rock. It is an ideal model for production of artificial sand. The machine-made sand processed by this equipment can be used in high-grade highway, railway, water conservancy, airport, construction, etc.
Working principle
Firstly, the material enters into the rejection plate on the upper part of the crushing chamber, which accelerates the material to be thrown out and collides with the impact plate on the inner wall. A large number of hairline cracks are generated on the surface of the material, and then it enters into the rotor cavity of the cone shape during the falling process. It is impacted by the high speed of the hammer and ejected reversely. The material collides with the impact plate again, and the material breaks down along the cracks. The crushing size of limestone ≤5mm can reach more than 85% at one time.
